Booking & Payment
To begin your soul-stirring journey into Namibia, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This ensures your private guide and boutique eco-villas are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your departure. We accept secure digital bank transfers and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that even the best-laid plans can change. If you cancel more than 60 days before travel, we refund all payments except the initial deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days are eligible for a 50% refund. For cancellations within 30 days of travel, no refund can be issued, as local eco-lodges and private guides are fully committed to your journey.
Travel Insurance
For your comfort and peace of mind, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our guests. This insurance must cover medical emergencies, air evacuation within Namibia, and trip cancellations. Because we travel through remote desert landscapes, being fully protected allows you to relax and embrace the experience fully.
Wellness Activities
Our yoga and wellness sessions are curated to restore your spirit. These are non-competitive and suitable for all levels. Please share any physical limitations or health concerns with your guide before we start. While we practice in some of the most serene places on Earth, your safety and well-being always come first.
Eco-Ethics
We are guests in Namibia’s wild spaces. We follow a strict ‘Leave No Trace’ policy. We respect wildlife by maintaining a respectful distance and avoiding speed. Africa Majestic Safaris is a plastic-free boutique company; we lead with heart and ask that you join us in preserving the majestic solitude of our desert home.
