What to expect
Throughout this journey, you’ll be guided through a range of wellness practices designed to ground, restore and inspire you, such as:
• Sunrise and/or sunset yoga sessions in nature (mats are provided)
• Guided breathwork and meditation under vast Namibian skies
• Gentle movement and stretching after drives
• Reflective journaling and intention‑setting circles
• Optional massage or spa time at select lodges
Activities may vary slightly depending on the final itinerary and lodges.
